Well, this is my first post on my blog, Beanometry. My focus will be on what I'm roasting, cupping, reading, and reviews on coffee shops, coffee, etc. I hope to provide mostly a forum for myself to let my brain spit out what it's thinking about the coffee world. Coffee is undeniably one of the most exciting, dynamic fields out there. I hope to provide a medium to share with others why this wonderful field is so exciting (not just because coffee tastes good) and how they too can appreciate its splendor. Tomorrow I will post my cupping notes on a recent coffee I roasted, Nicaragua Limoncillo Pacamara........big beans, with a lot of flavor.
